On April 9, 2019, the Resolution of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine approved the personal membership of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine.
Among its members there is Vitalii Kovalchuk, Doctor of Juridical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Constitutional and International Law at the Institute of Jurisprudence and Psychology at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
