On September 19, the Logistics Summit organized by Alterra Group took place at PORT LVIV. The event became a platform for meaningful discussions and the exchange of practical experience in the field of modern logistics.
In a cozy atmosphere, the summit brought together representatives of logistics companies, distributors, suppliers of modern technologies, as well as investors interested in developing the logistics market and implementing innovative approaches.
Among the participants were also students of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Environmental Expertise of Goods. A pleasant highlight of the event was the meeting with the department’s graduate, now a Master’s degree holder and currently Head of the Qualification Department at Alterra Group — Maksym Lypiuk.
The summit’s discussions covered a wide range of relevant topics, including: selecting technologies and approaches to warehouse design considering risks and resource constraints, choosing optimal equipment to maximize warehouse efficiency, creating inclusive and safe working environments at logistics facilities, and more.
The experience gained will serve as a valuable contribution to the training of future professionals in entrepreneurship and logistics, while participation in such events fosters stronger partnerships between academia and business.
