For four months, 145 students of high schools, vocational schools and universities attended lectures and participated in trainings conducted by teachers, business owners and top managers of well-known companies. The project culminated in a competition of ideas for interesting projects by the participants, which have a chance to be implemented.

Knowledge and skills in a community that inspires

The main topic of this course was lectures on youth entrepreneurship delivered by Anna Chuba, a well-known business coach with international experience, as well as by our University Professors. In preparation for the competition, public speaking classes were equally interesting and important. The courses to choose from included: design and architecture, 3D modelling, robotics, the Internet of Things, introduction to IT, aircraft, metal magic (animation and filming), design and architecture, entrepreneurship games, quests and quizzes.

This is a program that fosters meaningful business integration for young people, an understanding of business as a complex process, the sharing of experiences by successful individuals who have achieved notable results in life and career. Its goal is to help develop creative thinking and understand complex processes in various areas of life.

A key element of the course was motivational training delivered by successful leaders and entrepreneurs. All classes were aimed at teaching participants how to create and implement their ideas, as the course ended with an idea competition, the winners of which received support from partners in developing their product.
