Lviv Polytechnic Center for International Education: a new Erasmus+ 2021–2027 Programme has already been launched!

On March 25, 2021, the European Commission officially announced the launch of a new international Erasmus+ Programme for 2021–2027 with a budget of over 26 billion euros!

Programme areas of activity – education and professional development, youth and sports.

The new Erasmus+ Programme will be more inclusive, digital and environmentally friendly. The Programme aims to develop cooperation, quality, inclusion, creativity and innovation at the organizational level and to implement strategies in the fields of education, professional development, youth and sports.

The main goals of the Erasmus+ 2021–2027 Programme:

  • to promote academic mobility in the field of education and professional development;
  • to promote non-formal and informal learning mobility of young people;
  • to promote the educational mobility of sportsmen.

From 2021 to 2027, the Erasmus+ Programme will support the teaching, learning and research on European integration, in particular on the future challenges and opportunities of the European Union within the framework of Jean Monnet programme. New flagship initiatives will also be supported, including European universities, the Erasmus Teacher Academy, the Centers of Vocational Excellence and DiscoverEU.
