On November 28, 2025, the Department of Theory of Law and Constitutionalism, the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, organized the Seventh International Scientific and Practical Conference on Modern Constitutionalism and European Integration Processes in Ukraine. The participants of the event were well-known scholars from higher education institutions, experts and practicing lawyers.
The plenary and sectional meetings were attended by scholars who delivered interesting and fruitful reports. The reports of the Head of the Department of European Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Professor Mykhailo Mykievych, on the issues of constitutional prerequisites for European integration and constitutional regulation of Ukraine’s membership in the European Union, as well as the Professor of the Department of Constitutional Law of the Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Chief Research Fellow of the Department of International Private Law of the Academician Burchak Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, Serhiy Rabinovych, with an analysis of the decisions of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine regarding social and economic guarantees and criteria for their non-discrimination, were interesting and informative.
The conference participants exchanged scientific views and practical developments on a wide range of issues. Particular attention was given to the implementation of European standards in the national legislation of Ukraine and the development of modern constitutionalism in the context of Ukraine’s European course.
