The Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law, Constitutional and International Law, the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, invites you to participate in the XIII All-Ukrainian Scientific Conference «Language Policy of the State: Historical and Legal Retrospective and Present», which will be held on December 3, 2021.
There will be two sections.
- Language policy of the state: issues of history and modernity:
- The nature of the language policy of the state: basic concepts and categories;
- Language policy of the state: philosophical-legal and historical-legal dimensions;
- Language policy of the state: theoretical-legal and constitutional-legal aspects;
- Constitution of the language policy of the state;
- Thoughts and theories of foreign and Ukrainian thinkers and politicians on the problem of language policy of the state.
- Associated issues.
Research and teaching staff of higher education institutions, postgraduate students, senior students and legal practitioners are invited to participate in the conference.
