On October 23, 2023, a public lecture on The New European Bauhaus – an Energy-Efficient Aesthetic for Achieving the Goals of the European Green Deal will be held within the framework of the Jean Monet Chair «European Studies for Technical Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University» (EUSTS).

The speaker is Svitlana Romanko, founder and director of Razom We Stand. A well-known Ukrainian campaigner and climate activist who launched and coordinates the Stand With Ukraine campaigns on the embargo and defunding of fossil fuels from Russia, ending the war in Ukraine and promoting the revolutionary transition to clean energy worldwide and rebuilding Using renewable energy. Svitlana is a Candidate of Sciences in Environmental Law, and finished Doctoral studies for Climate Change Law and Climate Policy. She previously worked in the international climate movements 350.org and Laudato Si Movement and is an expert on the EU Green Deal in Eastern Europe.
