On September 16, 2021, within the XX International Economic Forum and Startup Expo, the competition Startup Breakthrough 2021 will be opened at 10:00 at Arena Lviv. It is organized by Creative Spark program, Tech StartUp School and SID City Science Park at Lviv Polytechnic.
Startup Breakthrough is not just a startup competition, but a long-term cooperation of startup makers, innovators, entrepreneurs, investors and government officials. Over the past two years, it has trained more than 50 teams, recruited more than 30 practicing businessmen and startup makers, organized business meetings, worked with more than 50 mentors, and raised more than $ 100,000 in investment for startups. Some of the program participants continue to closely cooperate with the Tech StartUp School, Lviv Polytechnic National University, and to participate in national and international competitions and even represent Ukraine in the international arena.
StartUp Breakthrough includes:
- training of startup makers, which will help to create a successful startup company;
- master classes, success-story from practitioners who have experience in implementing successful startups;
- Tech Startup Challenge – pitching to potential investors and business angels;
- presentation of the crowdfunding platform StartEra;
- networking and business meetings of investors, business and startup makers to discuss business proposals, receive investment and establish relationships.
StartUp Breakthrough is for:
