Dear fellow philologists and everyone interested in modern research in the field of Translation Studies!
The Department of Applied Linguistics, the Institute of Computer Science and Information Technologies, Lviv Polytechnic National University, invites you to take part in the International Summer School «Translation as an Act of Interlingual and Intercultural Communication», which will be held online and will last from May 29 to June 12, 2023.
Lectures will be given by guests from Great Britain and Poland, as well as by faculty of the Department of Applied Linguistics, Lviv Polytechnic. The topics of scientific presentations will cover cultural and cognitive aspects of translation discourses in different languages and cultures, as well as audiovisual and film translations as special types of translation activity.
Lectures of the International Summer School «Translation as an Act of Interlingual and Intercultural Communication» will be held on the Zoom platform.
