The Department of Administrative and Information Law, the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, invites you to participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference «Administrative Law and Process: Modernity and Development Prospects», which will be held online on the Zoom platform on October 19, 2023.
Scientists, scientific and pedagogical employees of Ukrainian and foreign institutions of higher education, state institutions and organizations, and practicing lawyers are invited to participate in the international conference. Postgraduate students, first year bachelor’s and second year master’s students from higher education institutions of Ukraine can participate in the conference as well.
The main directions of the conference:
- Development of Ukrainian administrative law under martial law;
- Administrative and legal principles of activity of executive authorities;
- Civil service and its administrative and legal regulation;
- Administrative coercion and administrative responsibility;
- Administrative and legal principles of inter-branch management and management of economic, socio-cultural, administrative and political activities;
- Administrative proceedings;
- Administrative procedural law;
- Administrative law of other countries.
To participate in the conference, it is necessary to send abstracts of the report to Nataliia.I.Didyk@lpnu.ua till October 19, 2023 (inclusive).
