Interactive event «Erasmus+ learning mobility and its significance for the development of European studies in Ukraine»

On April 11, 2023, an online interactive event «Erasmus+ learning mobility and its significance for the development of European studies in Ukraine» will be held as part of the project «European studies for technical specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University (EUSTS) with the support of the EU Erasmus+ program, Jean Monnet. The event is organized by the team of the Educational and Scientific Center «European Studies for Technical Universities», Lviv Polytechnic, together with the University Center for International Education.

The experience of implementing European studies will be shared by:

  • Professor Yaryna Turchyn (head of the EUSTS project);
  • Associate Professor Lesia Brych, Candidate of Sciences in Public Administration, coordinator of academic mobility under the Erasmus+KA1 program at Lviv Polytechnic National University;
  • Oksana Hodovanska, Candidate of Historical Science, senior researcher of the Department of Social Anthropology of the Institute of Ethnology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, senior lecturer of the Department of History, Museum Studies and Cultural Heritage, Lviv Polytechnic;

as well as students majoring in Social Communications and Information Activities, Lviv Polytechnic National University, participants of the Erasmus+ academic exchange program at the Pontifical University of Salamanca, Spain.

The practical part of the event in the format of a training session for University students on the topic «How to become a participant in the Erasmus+ academic exchange program?» will be conducted by trainers on teaching methods, participants of the EUSTS project – Associate Professor Olha Ivasechko, the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Associate Professor Oleh Tsebenko, the Department of Political Science and International Relations, as well as Associate Professor Lesia Brych, the Center for International Education, Lviv Polytechnic.

Associate Professor Nataliia Vovk, the Department of Social Communication and Information Activities, Associate Professor Oleksandr Markovets, the Department of Social Communication and Information Activities, Lidiia Kasha, the Department of Electromechatronics and Computerized Electromechanical Systems, Senior Lecturer Iryna Sukhorolska, the Department of Political Science and International Relations, joined the organization of the event.
