On November 9, 2022, with the support of the EU Erasmus+ programme, Jean Monnet Actions, an interactive event «Dissemination of the best practices of teaching European studies in Ukraine: peculiarities of the implementation of knowledge about the basic values of the European Union» will be held online within the framework of the project «European Studies for Students of Technical Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University» (EUSTS).
The experience of implementing European studies will be shared by:
- Professor Yaryna Turchyn (head of the EUSTS project);
- Professor Teresa Astramowicz-Leyk (the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Republic of Poland);
- Doctor of Laws, Professor Nataliia Ortynska (the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University).
The practical part of the event with the application of «Metaplan» for the formation of knowledge about the EU’s fundamental values will be conducted by trainers on teaching methods, participants of the EUSTS project, and faculty of the Department of Political Science and International Relations, including: Associate Professor Olha Ivasechko, Associate Professor Oleh Tsebenko, Senior Lecturer Iryna Sukhorolska, and Assistant Khrystyna Zabavska.
Associate Professor Nataliia Vovk and Associate Professor Oleksandr Markovets, the Department of Social Communication and Information Activities, and Lidiia Kasha, the Department of Electromechatronics and Computerized Electromechanical Systems, also joined the preparation of the event.
The event was organized by the team of the Educational and Scientific Center «European Studies for Students of Technical Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University. Beginning at 12:00.
