On September 25, 2023, with the support of the EU Erasmus+ programme, Jean Monnet, an offline interactive event «Dissemination of best practices in teaching European studies and creation of interdisciplinary programs in institutions of higher education of Ukraine: visions of students» will be held within the framework of the project «European Studies for Technical Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University» (EUSTS).
The event was organized by the team of the Educational and Scientific Center «European Studies for Technical Universities at Lviv Polytechnic National University» together with the Innovation Hub – an association of active and talented students of Lviv Polytechnic.
Professor Yaryna Turchyn (head of the EUSTS project), Assistant Professor Olena Lukachuk (participant of the EUSTS project, mentor of the Innovation Hub), as well as Anastasiia Shkil, Oleksii Nahirnyi, Marta Dmytriv, and Anastasiia Burban, University students and talented and creative participants of the Innovation Hub, will share their experience and own vision on the implementation of European studies.
The practical part of the event, with the use of simulation technologies for the formation of knowledge about the activities of key EU institutions, will be conducted by Olha Ivasechko, Oleh Tsebenko and Olena Lukachuk, Associate Professors at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, trainers on teaching methods, and participants of the EUSTS project.
Associate Professors Nataliia Vovk and Oleksandr Markovets (Department of Social Communication and Information Activities), Senior Lecturer Iryna Sukhorolska (Department of Political Science and International Relations), and Associate Professor Lidiia Kasha (Department of Electromechatronics and Computerized Electromechanical Systems) also joined the organization of the event.
