The Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law, Constitutional and International Law, the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, is organizing the Fourth International Scientific and Practical Conference «Constitutionalism in the Conditions of War», which will be held online on September 23, 2022.
We invite researchers, scientific and pedagogical workers of Ukrainian and foreign scientific, higher educational institutions, state institutions and organizations, representatives of civil society institutes, practicing lawyers, expert analysts, as well as doctoral students, postgraduate students, and students to participate.
The Conference aims to promote scientific exchange of ideas and experiences regarding the prerequisites and causes of the Russian-Ukrainian war, research and discussion of topical issues of ensuring the protection of state sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine, maintaining social and political stability, ensuring the rights and freedoms of citizens.
The conference is scheduled in the following sections:
- National identity and civil patriotism in the conditions of war
- The constitutional mechanism of the protection of civil rights in conditions of military aggression
- Peculiarities of functioning of public authorities in extreme conditions
The deadline for materials submission is September 12, 2022.
