The event «Organizing and conducting Euroschools: exchange of experience» within the framework of the EUSTS project

On March 30, 2023, an online interactive event «Organizing and conducting Euroschools: exchange of experience» will be held as part of the project «European Studies for Technical Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University (EUSTS) with the support of the EU Erasmus+ programme, Jean Monnet Actions. The event is organized by the team of the Educational and Scientific Center «European Studies for Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University».

The following speakers will share their experiences regarding the introduction of European studies:

  • Professor Yaryna Turchyn (head of the EUSTS project, director of the Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences),
  • Professor Nataliia Antoniuk, coordinator of the EU Study Days project of the Representation of the European Union in Ukraine, (Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, head of the Department of European and Regional Studies),
  • Candidate of Political Science Nataliia Lukach, head of the Council of Young Scientists of the IHSS, coordinator of the online school Youth Diplomacy Hub, Assistant at the Department of Political Science and International Relations, Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences, Lviv Polytechnic,
  • Candidate of Economic Sciences Nataliia Haivanovych, head of the project «Logistics and supply chain management: dissemination of European experience» (Logistics_SCM), Associate Professor at the Department of Marketing and Logistics, the Institute of Economics and Management, Lviv Polytechnic.

The practical part of the event with the use of interactive teaching methods during the formation of knowledge about the basic values and institutional foundations of the European Union as a global actor of international relations will be conducted by trainers in teaching methods, participants of the EUSTS project – Associate Professors at the Department of Political Science and International Relations Olha Ivasechko and Oleh Tsebenko.

Associate Professors Nataliia Vovk (Department of Social Communications and Information Activities), Oleksandr Markovets (Department of Social Communications and Information Activities), Lidiia Kasha (Department of Electromechatronics and Computerized Electromechanical Systems), senior lecturer Iryna Sukhorolska (Department of Political Science and International Relations), and assistant Khrystyna Zabavska (Department of Political Science and International Relations) participated in the event organization.
