The Lviv IT Cluster will hold the eighth, final conference this year from the IT Meets series on the topic «Retention vs Attrition vs Satisfaction. We are defining the main KPI of 2023». Like the first IT Meets this year, the event will also focus on talents and working with them. After all, specialists are the main value of the IT industry.
The conference will bring together 200 Chief People Officers, People Partners, recruiters, brand managers, HR marketers, community managers, HR generalists and other HR specialists. Together, they will sum up the results of 2023 and discuss expectations, trends and forecasts for 2024.
One of the speakers of the event will be Professor Nataliia Shakhovska, Doctor of Technical Sciences, Head of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Systems, the Institute of Computer Sciences and Information Technologies, Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The headliner of the conference will be Philip Hatch, who has consulted some of the largest companies in the world – Boeing, Microsoft, IBM, HP, Cisco, Roche, and he also worked on talent attraction strategies with the governments of different countries. Philip will talk about International trends in HR and recruiting in 2024.
Also, participants will be among the first to learn the results of IT Research Ukraine 2023: Adaptability and Resilience in Times of War. This is the most extensive and unique study on the state and prospects of the IT industry in Ukraine and in each of the regions, implemented by the Lviv IT Cluster.
The conference will be held offline in the Assembly Hall of the main building of Lviv Polytechnic National University on December 14, 2023. The event starts at 9:00.
