Project duration:  November 05, 2024 – May 31, 2025.

The main goal of the project - upgrading of qualifications is to prepare participants to build a system of adaptation and support of veterans in the educational environment for their further implementation in institutions of higher, professional pre-higher and professional (vocational-technical) education.

Specific objectives:

  1. Increase the effectiveness of teaching activities thanks to the adaptation of teaching methods to the characteristics of veterans.
  2. To introduce innovative educational technologies that make the educational process interactive.
  3. Involve veterans in the active educational process, motivate and increase their interest in education.
  4. Create a sense of security and support in the educational environment..
  5. Promote the improvement of communication skills in interaction with veterans.
  6. Increase the level of trust, empathy and mutual support among the participants of the educational process.
  7. The ability of teachers to adapt the educational process to the special educational needs of veterans.
  8. To form an educational veteran policy in educational institutions.
  9. The ability to effectively apply coaching methods for the personal and professional development of the teacher.
  10. To develop feedback skills with veterans to improve educational programs and organize the educational process.
