Project aims and tasks: Establishment of new Master Courses (MCs) on “Energy Efficiency, Building Retrofitting and Energy Planning” in Ukrainian Universities (UAUs) and promotion of EU best practices in the terms of educational methodologies and specific knowledge related to the energy efficiency and sustainability of buildings.

Project objectives:

  • Development of a new master's program in energy sustainability of buildings with strong employment prospects.
  • Upskilling of the teaching staff in Ukraine to meet the needs of the labor market and to direct the teaching offer to address energy and building renovation.
  • Support the curriculum reform process by developing courses in accordance with the updated principles of the Bologna Process.
  • Disseminate, develop and improve knowledge on the European Green Deal and the requirements set by the EU 2030.
