1. Development of theoretical substantiations and practical recommendations for establishing technology transfer centres meant to maintain a connection among the technology producers and users by way of assessment of the research and technology projects that can be commercialized, provision of legal support related to intellectual property rights protection, patent research and other measures.
2. Development of a system of assessment indicators of the enterprise innovation activity for the technology transfer centres. The system is based on the international standards in line with the peculiarities of the innovation development of domestic enterprises; and methodological approaches to innovation activity monitoring by the technology transfer centres.
3. Development of the evaluation model for enterprise economic situation and its development prospects. The model can be used analytically for identification of figure changes over the time, efficient decision making either for extensive or intensive development of the enterprise, evaluation of the counteragent’s competitive power, etc.
