Linear Motors

Linear motors are designed for use in electric drivers of the loading systems of aircraft simulators as non-contact actuating force providers. Their functional purpose is conversion of the electric power of direct current into mechanical energy of the translatory motion of thrust of the system for aircraft simulators' loading to create the corresponding force on working levers.

We developed and put in operation single- and two-phase power motors from 30 to 180 kgf.

Technology Basics of Vibration and Centrifugal Strengthening of Automobile Discs and Planes Drum Wheels

At the same time increased hardness of metal on the working surfaces of pump sleeves in combination with the formation of wear resistant layer on them, combination of themprovides positive synergistic effect, by 1.5-2 times increases the longevity of expensive drilling pumps.

Technology Basics of Increasing Durability of Artillery Guns Barrels

A centrifugal vibration technology basics has been created for strengthening of internal surfaces of lengthy parts, which provides increased hardness of the metal in the surface layers of the inner surface of gun barrels and forming in them favorable stress of compression.

The proposed strengthening technology is appropriate to the usage for large-calibre artillery and tank guns, drilling and casing pipes, high pressure pipes.

There is no technology analogue of centrifugal vibration strengthening of the internal surfaces of gun barrels in the world.
