Liquid reaction compositions for producing orthopedic products by vacuum forming

Reaction compositions DPKF-2 (TU U 24.1-02071010-067-2002) have been developed for low-temperature molding of thermoplastic composites intended for the manufacture of orthopedic products, in particular, medium-stiffness stump sleeves.

The composition is a solution of thermoplastic polymers in a monomer, which hardens as a result of a radical reaction initiated by benzoyl peroxide.
