On December 17, a kick-off meeting was held, which officially launched the implementation of the international educational project DIGITALDOC – “Doctor of Philosophy in the European Research Area: Digital Skills, Branding of Scientists and the Values of Open Science in the EU.”
The project will be jointly implemented by two departments of the Institute of Economics and Management: the Department of Business Economics and Investment and the Department of Management of Organizations. During the meeting, the key tasks for the next stage were outlined: organizing a roundtable, preparing to teach optional courses, and actively expanding the project's impact and disseminating results.
The discussion of directions, tasks, and opportunities was joined by teachers from the EPI department and by the project's potential target group: students and PhD students.
The project's implementation is designed to help PhD students understand the advantages and opportunities of digital solutions for their professional development, networking, professional communication, and personal branding in the European research area.
We thank all participants for their constructive ideas and interest — there is a lot of work and joint events ahead!
The coordination and working group are represented by: Prof. Tetiana Stepura (head), Prof. Orest Koleschuk, Prof. Oleksandra Mrykhina, Assoc. Prof. Olha Korytska.
