Creation and development of a corporate platform for the implementation of startups in TechStartUp School, Lviv Polytechnic, is one of the activities that was planned. Today it has been somewhat transformed, but the tasks set by Polytechnicians have not changed.

– Our platform Absolute Solution Hub, which was actually a provider of consulting solutions that helped shape a unique path in development and solutions, we implemented with the State Finance Institution for Innovations. Unfortunately, it has now closed almost all of its branches as it came under the Ministry of Strategic Industries. But we will further develop this direction, as it is promising. One of the elements of Absolute Solution Hub is provided for in the agreement signed by the Science Park of Lviv Polytechnic National University, the Ministry of Regional Development and the World Smart Cities Forum. The main idea of the project is to find startups that will develop solutions for Smart City, explained Nazar Podolchak, Director of TechStartUp School, Lviv Polytechnic.

The main task of TechStartUp School is to answer the most relevant and needed issues.

– Today it is difficult to predict how and what will develop, so sometimes we have to deviate from pre-defined plans. Therefore, we react dynamically to what is on time. For example, we are currently working on the Smart Parking project – we have completed the technical part and application development. We are also launching a hydrogen technology center, which will produce hydrogen, which is used for cars – it improves fuel combustion by 20 percent and, accordingly, reduces environmental pollution, added Mr. Podolchak.
