On December 5–6, 2018, Tech StartUp School of Lviv Polytechnic National University will host a two-day workshop by Olaf Saxegaard, the Norwegian coach for startups development.
The event involves a theoretical block, as well as a number of practical exercises and tasks. The workshop will be in English.
The workshop will cover the following topics:
- Management functions in general
- Efficient organizing in order to build creativity and performance
- The cultural impact on performance
- Recruitment processing: the way to success or bankruptcy
