Agnieszka Jaszczak is Doctor of Technical Sciences, Professor, Head of the Department of Landscape Architecture at the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Republic of Poland, as well as Professor at Vytautas Magnus University in Kaunas, Lithuania, Head of International Projects in the Field of Architecture and Urbanism, NAWA, SAIA, ERASMUS, CEEPUS, DAAD Fellow, and Co-Owner of BeeGreen. She will deliver a public lecture on the topic Toward a Sustainable Future: Innovations in Global Green Design on 28 October, 2025.
The meeting will take place in the L.I.S. student space. (Learning Inspiring Space) – a modern location for learning, communication and development of youth and the academic community, which was opened at Lviv Polytechnic thanks to the support of Jacob Dalhoff, CEO of MatchOffice Ukraine, and Service Ukraine LLC. The interactive event will be held within the framework of the project EU Global Responsible Leadership: Climate Change, Environmental Protection and Humanitarian Aid (EU_LEAD) with the support of the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Programme, as well as with the assistance of the Tutoring and Mentoring Centre, established within the framework of the project Promoting professional education and students engagement through comprehensive mentoring and tutoring system at HEIs (PROMENT) with the support of the EU Erasmus+ Programme, KA2, the Department of Design and Architecture Fundamentals, the Institute of Architecture and Design, the Department of Political Science and International Relations, the Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences.
The EU_LEAD project team invites everyone interested in environmental trends, the implementation of new European trends and standards in modern urbanism, as well as eco-design, to an interesting discussion.
