On 8 April 2025, Lviv Polytechnic National University will host an interactive Speaking Club «New European Trends and Professional Growth».
The key speaker of the event will be Taras Demkura, Candidate of Economic Sciences, and international expert in referral marketing. He is CEO at the Atrium TV Centre (Ternopil) and the BudmallCenter modular house company, the owner of Spadok ethnogallery, coordinator of the ECO Life, MESH Business Course, and Under the Pinsel Star projects. Taras Demkura is also a full member of the Amway Founding Board, Vice President of the International Chamber of Commerce ICC Ukraine, Senior Vice President of the National Tourism Organisation of Ukraine, Honorary Ambassador for Cultural Diplomacy, Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia in Ternopil and Ternopil region, member of business communities CEO Club Ukraine, West Ukrainian Business Club, Business 100, and mentor at Board.
Taras Demkura will talk to Lviv Polytechnic students about professional growth, continuous learning, career choice, career development, and will suggest how to combine it with other areas of life (family, philanthropy), as well as outline the strengths and weaknesses of a business leader, the peculiarities of cooperation with international partners, and the main criteria for team building. He will share his personal experience of doing business and real cases of overcoming difficulties, talk about the use of innovative technologies in business, the role of self-education and continuous development, publicity and cultural diplomacy, and will also reveal the secrets of his own success in establishing relationships with foreign partners, attracting investments and cooperation with European companies.
The venue of the event is the Tutoring and Mentoring Centre at Lviv Polytechnic (I academic building of the University, 2/4 Starosolskykh St.). The beginning is at 14:30.
Everyone interested in the development of European studies and the implementation of new European trends and standards in the field of professional growth of graduates of higher education institutions is invited to participate in the event.
The interactive event will be held within the framework of the European Studies for Technical Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University (EUSTS) project with the support of the EU Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Program and the project Promoting professional education and students engagement through comprehensive mentoring and tutoring system at HEIs (PROMENT) with the support of the Erasmus+ KA2 Program.
