The Department of Theory and Philosophy of Law, Constitutional and International Law, is organizing the Second International Scientific and Practical Conference «Independence of Ukraine: Human Rights and National Security», which will be held on May 20, 2022.
Scientific and pedagogical employees of higher education institutions, students, officials and lawyers-practitioners are invited to participate in the conference.
The purpose of the conference is to discuss topical scientific and practical issues related to the encroachment on the state sovereignty of Ukraine, national security of Ukraine and human rights violations in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
The conference is scheduled in the following sections:
- National identity and modern constitutionalism in the conditions of military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine
- Legal mechanisms for the protection of human rights in Ukraine during the war
- International guarantees of national security and state sovereignty of Ukraine in the conditions of military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine
The deadline for materials submission is May 1, 2022.
