The team of the European Studies for Technical Specialties at Lviv Polytechnic National University (EUSTS) project invites students and faculty to join the regional business webinar «Approximation to EU Standards and Opportunities for Ukrainian Business: Experience of the Western Region», which will take place on October 3, 2024.
The event will be held in a hybrid format and will bring together representatives of business, government, and academia to discuss Ukraine’s European integration aspirations and the prospects for the development of the Western region on the path to EU standards in various sectors of the economy.
The business webinar is also aimed at students and academics interested in European integration, economics, business, business diplomacy and the possibilities of using European experience for the economic development of territorial communities in the Western region of Ukraine.
The webinar will include three sections:
- Lviv region – a leader in the implementation of European integration reforms;
- Implications of the European Green Deal for Ukrainian business in the Western region;
- Achieving climate and environmental sustainability of the Western regions of Ukraine within the framework of cross-border cooperation formats and Euroregions.
Venue: room 214 in the main building of Lviv Polytechnic National University. The event starts at 10:00.
