The International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations, Lviv Polytechnic National University, and Ilko Kucheriv Democratic Initiatives foundation invite you to take part in the presentation-discussion «Ukrainian language: the path in independent Ukraine», which takes place online on September 10, 2020.
There will be presentation of the poll results conducted in August 2020 and discussion of the following issues:
- Relationship: Ukrainian language – social and political preferences of Ukrainians.
- Ukrainian language in the formation of the political nation of the XXI century.
- Ukrainian language in the political discourse: manipulation and counteraction.
- Russian humanitarian expansion. Politics of Ukraine. Actions of civil society.
- Prestige of the Ukrainian language for young people. Road map of the country.
The presentation will take place within the framework of the biennial «Ukrainian language in the world: regress or progress?», which IECDR postponed to next year.
To participate, you must register by September 7. The presentation-discussion starts at 16:00.
