On May 16, 2024, the opening of the inclusive educational space Without Limits will take place at Lviv Polytechnic National University.
Without Limits is an inclusive space and a team of like-minded people working to make education accessible to all. The opening of the space will be an opportunity to discuss innovative methods of teaching students in various fields and to demonstrate to the participants of the event the equipment that will be used in the educational process.
The space will become not only a location for learning – it will host open lectures, events and activities for everyone. It will be possible to work with video enlargers, a large-format color thermal printer, multimedia and computer equipment at the location of the space. A foreign language classroom with 15 workplaces will also function.
The event will start at 14:00 in room 110 in the I academic building of Lviv Polytechnic (2/4 Karpinskoho St.). The program features:
- welcome speech by representatives of the Lviv Polytechnic administration;
- presentation of the interim results of the grant implementation with the assistance of the USAID Project «Economic Support of Ukraine» – Nazar Pololchak, head of the University’s Tech StartUp School;
- presentations of the space activities and the use of equipment – Tetiana Shapovalova, manager of the Without Limits space project;
- presentation of additional equipment and universal electric wheelchairs.
The opening of the space is carried out within the framework of the project «Better technical skills and inclusive conditions for the personnel development in the mechanical engineering sector of Ukraine» with the assistance of the USAID Project «Economic Support of Ukraine».
