Within the framework of the international project S3RoU, the Institute of Civil Engineering, Infrastructure and Life Safety, Lviv Polytechnic National University, invites scientists, researchers, architects, engineers, urban planners and experts from different countries to participate in the International Conference on Safe, Sustainable, and Swift Reconstruction of Ukraine on 19–20 March, 2026. The event will be dedicated to innovative approaches to the safe, sustainable and rapid reconstruction of Ukraine.

The format is hybrid, and the language of the conference is English.
The conference proceedings will be published in the Journal of Theory and Building Practice, and the best papers will be recommended for a special issue of the journal Low-Carbon Materials and Green Construction on Recycled Materials and Construction in Post-Disaster, Conflict, and End-of-Life Infrastructure Reconstruction.
The deadline for abstracts submission is 1 December, 2025.
