On 3 June 2025, Lviv Polytechnic National University will host the International Scientific Conference «Beyond Language 2025». The event in Ukraine will be held within the framework of the international conference Beyond Language 2025, which is taking place in Warsaw, Bucharest, Lviv and Wroclaw from 14 May to 12 June.
The aim of the scientific meeting is to exchange experience between scholars from Ukraine and other countries in the field of modern linguistics and to establish closer relationships between researchers in this field. The conference organisers would like to draw attention, among other things, to the need to study the minority language communities, endangered languages, literatures and cultures, as well as anthropological linguistics, mechanisms of language change (and language extinction), communication ethnography, and translation/interpretation studies.
The conference aims to create a basis for new topical research in the field of philology.
