The International Scientific and Practical Conference «Development of public administration in the context of the European integration of Ukraine» will be held on April 28, 2023. It is organized by the Institute of Public Administration, Governance and Professional Development, Lviv Polytechnic National University, in cooperation with the University of Applied Sciences for Public Administration, Police and Justice in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in Güstrow, Germany, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn, Poland, and Higher School of Safety and Protection Marshal Józef Piłsudski in Warsaw, Poland.
The purpose of the conference is to discuss the current problems of public governance and public administration in the context of the Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine, which have gained special importance after the beginning of the large-scale war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.
The work of the conference is planned in the following sections:
- Section 1. Public policy priorities of Ukraine in modern geopolitical conditions
- Section 2. Challenges and threats to democratic governance and public administration in the war and post-war periods
- Section 3. Prospects of European integration and the security system in Eastern Europe
- Section 4. Economic, social and environmental aspects of public administration at the regional level
