The competition «Brand Ukraine: Creating Together» is held on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the restoration of Ukraine’s independence. It is aimed to involve young people and children from around the world in creating and promoting the image of Ukraine in their countries. The competition was organized by the International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations and the Sofia Ukrainian School in the UAE.

94 participants (21 teams) from 11 countries (Germany, the United States, Portugal, Japan, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, Moldova, Hungary, Canada, Belgium and Cyprus) submitted competition projects.

Young Ukrainians researched how Ukraine is perceived in their environments, what they know about our country and, most importantly, they offered their own ideas for promoting and shaping Ukraine’s image in the world.

The competition works were evaluated by a professional jury: Myroslava Barchuk, Pavlo Gudimov, Andy Hunder, Larysa Dir, Anna Kanter, Yaryna Kliuchkovska, Yevgeniya Petrova, and Volodymyr Sheiko.

The competition was supported by Maksym Kozytskyi, Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
