The Forum «Public Governance: Science and Practice for Strengthening Resilience in Wartime» will be held in the small session hall of the Lviv Regional Council (Lviv, 16 Vynnychenko St.) on May 23, 2025. The event is organized by Lviv Polytechnic National University (the Institute of Public Administration, Governance and Professional Development) and the Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv (the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service).
The aim of the forum is to create a platform for bringing together experts and scholars in the field of public administration in order to exchange knowledge, experience and innovative ideas for building a sustainable model of governance in wartime.
The event will be attended by:
- Oleh Nemchinov – Candidate of Science in Public Administration, Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine;
- Nataliia Aliushyna – Candidate of Psychology, Associate Professor, Head of the National Agency of Ukraine for Civil Service;
- Andrii Vitrenko – Doctor of Economics, Associate Professor, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine;
- Maksym Kozytskyi – Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration;
- Yurii Kholod – Acting Chairman of the Lviv Regional Council;
- Viacheslav Rubliov – People’s Deputy of Ukraine of the 9th convocation, member of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Organization of State Power, Local Self-Government, Regional Development and Urban Planning, Chairman of the Subcommittee on Regional Policy and Local Budgets;
- Aliona Studenetska – Head of the Department for Professional, Analytical, Organizational and Planning Support, the Directorate for Regional Policy of the Office of the President of Ukraine;
