Fifth International Conference on Independence of Ukraine: Human Rights and National Security

The Fifth International Scientific and Practical Conference on Independence of Ukraine: Human Rights and National Security is scheduled to be held on 4 April 2025. The conference is organised by the Department of Theory of Law and Constitutionalism, the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education.

The purpose of the conference is to discuss topical scientific and practical issues related to the encroachment on Ukraine's state sovereignty, national security and human rights violations in connection with the full-scale military invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation, as well as to formulate proposals for the restoration of violated human and civil rights and the recovery of Ukraine's economy.

The conference will be held in the following sections:

  1. Constitutionalism in the context of war in Ukraine: issues of values, rights and identity
  2. International and national mechanisms for ensuring human and civil rights
  3. Ensuring state sovereignty and national security of Ukraine in the context of armed aggression
