The public lecture by Zenon Kowal, former Ambassador of the Francophone Governments of Belgium (1996–2019, postings in Prague, Hanoi, Tunis, Warsaw, and Paris (UNESCO/OECD)), Special Advisor to the Embassy of Ukraine in Brussels (1992–1994), Executive Member of the Ukrainian World Congress, and Political Advisor to the European Congress of Ukrainians, will be delivered on October 7, 2025, as part of the project «Global Responsible EU Leadership: Climate Change, Environmental Protection, and Humanitarian Aid» (EU_LEAD), supported by the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Programme and the International Institute of Education, Culture and Diaspora Relations.
The lecture on the topic European Union – Principles and Challenges will be held in the Assembly Hall of the main building, Lviv Polytechnic National University. It starts at 12:00.
