On Saturday, August 6, 2022, a lecture by psychotherapist Volodymyr Stanchyshyn «Emotions of War» will be held at 13.00 in the reading room of the Scientific and Technical Library, Lviv Polytechnic National University (1 Profesorska St.).
The event is organized by the Ukrainian Photographic Society (UPHOTO) in cooperation with the Lviv Photo Museum and the Scientific and Technical Library of Lviv Polytechnic National University.
«We will talk about anxiety, about feelings of guilt, about anger and hatred, about fatigue and apathy, as well as about joy, about the desire to win and everything that contributes to this. This is an emotional swing of war – we are all on this swing now, so it is so important for us to learn to listen to ourselves», the message reads.
Volodymyr Stanchyshyn is a psychologist-psychotherapist, head of the mental health center «Laboratory of Changes», author of the books: «Walls in my head. Living with anxiety and depression», «It takes two for a relationship».
