The Department of Civil Law and Procedure, the Institute of Law, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University, invites you to take part in the 5th International Scientific and Practical Conference on Advocacy in Changing World which will be held online on October 18, 2024.
Employees of higher education and research institutions, attorneys, judges, other practitioners, doctoral and postgraduate students, students, and all interested persons are invited to participate in the event.
Conference topics:
- problems of legal support for the reform of the bar;
- professional ethics of attorneys;
- protection of the rights of attorneys;
- current problems of attorneys’ practice;
- problems of the functioning of the bar in the world;
- adaptation of the legislation regulating the activities of the Ukrainian Bar Association to European standards.
