On April 12, 2024, the 4th International Scientific and Practical Conference «Independence of Ukraine: Human Rights and National Security» will be held at the Department of Theory of Law and Constitutionalism, the Institute of Jurisprudence, Psychology and Innovative Education, Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The purpose of the conference is to discuss current scientific and practical issues related to encroachment on the state sovereignty of Ukraine, national security and violations of human rights in connection with the full-scale military invasion of the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine and the formulation of proposals for the restoration of violated human and citizen rights, and the recovery of the economy of Ukraine.
The work of the conference is planned in the following sections:
- Constitutionalism in the conditions of war in Ukraine: questions of values, rights and identity;
- International and national mechanisms for ensuring human rights;
- Issues of national security, state sovereignty of Ukraine in conditions of military aggression.
Scientific and pedagogical workers of higher education institutions, students of higher education, officials, and practicing lawyers are invited to participate in the conference.
The deadline for submitting materials is April 1, 2024.
