The Department of Sociology and Social Work, the Institute of the Humanities and Social Sciences, Lviv Polytechnic National University, invites you to participate in the 14th International Conference on Sociology – Social Work and Social Welfare – Regulation of Social Problems, which will be held online on May 9–10, 2024.
The conference aims to:
- discuss current social problems of the countries of Central and Eastern Europe, in particular the social dimension of the consequences of Russian aggression against Ukraine, the place and role of sociology and social work in overcoming these consequences;
- increase the interest of young researchers in active scientific activity in the field of sociology, social work and social security;
- promote the formation of scientific and academic relationships between leading socio-humanitarian educational and research institutions in Ukraine and foreign countries.
Working languages: Ukrainian, English and Polish.
According to the conference results, a collection of scientific works will be published in electronic form. The materials of the reports will be published in the original language.
