1. To join Lviv Polytechnic National University, you must e-mail dfs@lpnu.ua, admission@lpnu.ua or foreign.dept@lpnu.ua the scanned copies of the following documents:
- passport;
- certificate on previous education;
- аpplication form for admission (added below);
- consent to the processing of personal data (added below).
2. A foreign citizen independently registers and creates a personal electronic cabinet on the website of the State Enterprise "Ukrainian State Center for International Education" of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine at the link https://apply.studyinukraine.gov.ua/account/signup.
3. After reviewing the submitted documents, the University forms an educational offer for the foreign citizen, which will be displayed in the applicant cabinet. Future students must either approve or reject it.
4. In case of a positive decision, information about the availability of the electronic invitation to study is sent to the foreign citizen's e-mail address, which is located in his or her cabinet and is the basis for obtaining a visa at the Consular Office of Ukraine.
5. A foreign citizen arriving to study at Lviv Polytechnic National University must have:
- a complete set of documents on previous education (originals) with information on the grading system according to which grades are assigned. Documents on previous education must be legalised under the legislation of the country in which they were issued (apostille or consular legalisation);
- medical certificate issued no later than three months before arrival in Ukraine;
- birth certificate.
A foreign citizen must arrive at the University no later than one month before the visa expiration date.
6. A foreign citizen must notify the University in advance of the date of his/her arrival in Ukraine.
7. Successfully pass interviews on specialized subjects and get positive results.
8. Sign an agreement (contract), which defines the duties and rights of the university and foreigner throughout the term of study.
9. Go through the procedure for Recognition of Foreign Qualifications.
To pay for 1-year study in accordance with the terms of the concluded agreement. Start study on the chosen specialty (specialization).
