Professor Yurii Bobalo, Rector of Lviv Polytechnic, met with the organizers and activists of the Student Volunteer Headquarters of our University, including Anastasiia Vakarchuk, Serhii Melnyk and Ivan Brusak, who received honorary awards within the framework of the BRAVE’22 project.

Yurii Bobalo thanked the activists for their involvement in the fight against the enemy, the ability to motivate young people to volunteer and popularize the patriotic spirit among students.

The BRAVE’22 project was launched by the network of youth spaces «CREATE» together with the Lviv City Council and the Youth Policy Department of the Lviv City Council on the occasion of the International Youth Day, which will be now celebrated every year on August 12.

«Our young people create every day and every hour and demonstrate their resilience and determination to change the country for the better, generating thousands of ideas and implementing hundreds of projects for the benefit of the country, so they deserve to be talked about, to be talked about YOU! For this purpose, we created the BRAVE project to express our gratitude to active youth», said the organizers of this project.

Within the project, there are four nominations:

  • science and business;
  • volunteering;
  • social activities;
  • culture and art.

Awards were presented to 20 of the most active Lviv residents, including Polytechnicians.
