According to the EuroOsvita Center for International Projects, accreditation examinations carried out by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance in higher education institutions of Ukraine most comprehensively and objectively characterize the effectiveness of Ukrainian universities. During accreditation examinations in HEIs it analyzes not only the procedures for the implementation of the educational process, but also indicators of international project and grant activity, scientific and innovative work, academic mobility, educational and methodological support, personnel potential and other components that directly affect the place of higher educational institutions in various international rankings.
In this regard, the EuroOsvita Center continues to rank higher education institutions of Ukraine by the results of the accreditation of educational programs (Ra) carried out by the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance.
The current ranking takes into account the decision of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance for the years 2019–2023 at those higher education institutions where there was five or more accreditation examinations conducted during the corresponding period.
According to the calculation results of the university accreditation examinations in 2019–2023, Lviv Polytechnic National University ranks third.
