From October 19 to 21, 2018 in Casablanca (Morocco) there was the Sambo World Masters Championship. 274 athletes from 25 countries took part in it.
The lecturer of the Department of Physical Education of Lviv Polytechnic National University, the master of sports of international class Oleksandr Kuspysh won the title of World Champion in the weight category of 74 kg, leaving behind representatives of Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Morocco.
