University Ranking by Academic Performance 2020–2021 from the Turkish ranking agency has been published.
The University Ranking by Academic Performance (abbreviated URAP) was developed at the Institute of Informatics at the Middle East Technical University in Ankara (Turkey) in 2009. The ranking is based on information from the InCites analytical tool of the Web of Science bibliometric database provided by the Institute of Scientific Information (ISI). The total score of each university is based on its effectiveness on six indicators: the number of scientific articles (21%), citations (21%), the total number of documents (10%), the total impact of articles (18%), the total impact of citations (15%) and international collaboration (15%).
The URAP 2020–2021 includes six institutions of higher education in Ukraine. The leader is again Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv, Lviv Polytechnic National University occupies fourth place.
