Specific admission requirements: The rules for admission to postgraduate studies establish the requirements for applicants, and also take into account the features of the educational and scientific program. Characteristics of the educational program:
The educational and scientific program corresponds to the main vectors of the development of the history, theory and practice of pedagogical activity in the educational space, and it also forms a modern theoretical and applied base for conducting scientific research in the field of historical and pedagogical science and solving urgent general pedagogical problems of educational activity. The educational and scientific program provides training for applicants with a basic non-pedagogical education in a higher technical educational institution due to the didactically designed system of normative and selective disciplines, ensuring continuity between the second and third educational qualification levels, relevant topics of scientific historical, pedagogical and general pedagogical research. The preparation of the Doctor of Philosophy provides for their acquaintance with the conduct of historical-pedagogical and general pedagogical research in the specialty with the use of information technologies.

Work placement(s): Practical training of PhD higher education students involves the formation of professional competencies of the specialty required for further professional activity. The educational-scientific program provides a through-the-board program of practical training, through participation in real-world research projects, implementation of the results of their own scientific research in educational institutions and institutions. Discipline "Pedagogical Workshop" is provided in the curriculum of preparation of applicants for higher education at the PhD level.
