З 9 до 13 липня 2018 року на базі кафедр безпеки інформаційних технологій та захисту інформації Інституту комп’ютерних технологій, автоматики та метрології Львівської політехніки відбудеться Міжнародна літня школа з кібернетичної безпеки у Львові (IT Security Summer School 2018).

Тематика школи

1. Malware analysis. Experience of Ukraine in cyber attacks and how to protect against ransomware
2. Penetration testing. Students will learn common terms in ethical hacking: vulnerability, exploit, payload, zero day and penetration testing methodology. How to use tools for ethical hacking and prepare a report with findings and recommendations
3. Web security. Students will come to understand major web application flaws and their exploitation. How your application is tested for the vulnerabilities
4. Software Security. Common programming errors and typical vulnerabilities as well as testing techniques in Software Development Life Cycle
5. Bug bounty platforms as a legal way to earn on vulnerabilities
