In December 2020, the audit team of Bureau Veritas Certification Ukraine conducted the second supervisory audit of the quality management system of Lviv Polytechnic National University for compliance with ISO 9001: 2015 (certification audit was successfully conducted in 2018).
The audit confirmed that:
- the documentation of the quality management system of the University is in compliance with the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard and provides a sufficient basis for the implementation and maintenance of the management system;
- Lviv Polytechnic demonstrates effective implementation and support (improvement of its own management system), the establishment and monitoring of key goals and objectives for the effectiveness of the management system, as well as monitors progress towards these goals and objectives;
- the internal audit program and management analysis are fully implemented and demonstrate effectiveness as a means to maintain and improve the management system.
It is confirmed that the quality management system of the University meets the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015 for the provision of services in the field of higher education, research and experimental development, architecture, engineering, technical testing and analysis services.
Certification of the University’s quality management system has been extended until November 2021.
